Simply Sublime (membean word)
Today my grandma had me take an additional chinese class, she said we were mostly going to be working on talking and speaking loudly and well, articulation but I feel like we spent most of the class fixing a little paragraph I wrote the night before for her homework.
According to her, when I write, I'm thinking "in English" and then translating it into Chinese, so my sentences don't flow as well in chinese. We ended up making it longer than what my original draft was and it sure sounds a lot better. Actually, why don't I write it up for you, you may google translate it if you like, it might sound funny though.
Also, in 10 days from now, July 18th, the third round of OMPR will be held. OMPR is short for the Olympic Mathematics of Puerto Rico. This is from the cycle of 2019-2020 so that means I will be competing as the identity of an 8th grader. Shouldn't be too hard. I also looked up and did one exam from a previous year, and got a pretty good score. Well, I'll do some more in the following days. cya
I like that small paragraph in Chinese, it brought me into a pretty picture, very enjoyable! I wish I could read more...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliment, I don't think I will write more to append to this particular piece of literature, but I'll be sure to post some more later on.
