wild pet

Ok so my dad likes plants a lot so he bought some plants and put them on our balcony, he waters them and stuff so that's just like his area. The other day my mom found that some birds were building a nest on one of my dad's trees, it's not a big tree, it's quite small, but the nest is tiny too so I guess it's fitting.

Anyways, I was thinking maybe I could make this bird my pet, and train it so when I whistle or clap my hands twice it would come flying from the skies and perch itself on my shoulder. Now wouldn't that be cool? Yea ik sounds pretty awesome to me at least.

 I also went to Costco today, before Costco didn't let anyone in that didn't have a membership card so that means I couldn't get in, I mean I could probably figure out a way to sneak in but I'm too lazy to do that, it is still summer vacation after all. 

However, now Costco lets an entire family in as long as one person in the group has the membership so my parents brought me along today. and wow, the store was more crowded than usual, even before quarantine and corona. The line to pay extended all the way to the back of the store and it took like a good 45 min to get to the front. We bought tons of stuff so we don't have the need to go back for a good while. 

We also dropped by the pet store to see if there were any small cages for the bird but sadly all the bird cages they had were ginormous so we didn't take any. My mom said that we could order one online but by the time it got here the birds could very well have already flown away. oh well....
